SFF was one of 28 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2008/ 2007/2006).

In addition to SFF, 7 other teams played in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2008/ 2007/2006). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof SFF Utveckling could be found in Group A together with IFK Timrå Dam Utveckling, Sundsvalls DFF and Alnö IF.

SFF Utveckling continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Selånger SK with 1-2. In the Final, Selånger SK won over Sidsjö Böle IF and became the winner of Slutspel in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2008/ 2007/2006).

SFF comes from Sundsvall which lies approximately 13 km from Sörberge, where Mid Nordic Lucia Cup takes place. The area around Sundsvall does also provide 21 additional clubs participating during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2024 (Among others: SidsjöBöle, Selånger SK, IFK Timrå, Västermalm Skol-IF, Sidsjö-Böle IF, Selånger, Söråkers FF, Alnö IF, Sund IF and Sidsjö/böle).
