Alnö IF was one of 28 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2024. They participated with two teams in Flickor 12-13 (födda 2011/2012) and Flickor 16-18 (födda 2008/ 2007/2006) respectively. The team in Flickor 12-13 (födda 2011/2012) made it to the the Final in Slutspeland won it over IFK Timrå F2011 by 4-0.

In addition to this, Alnö IF have participated in Mid Nordic Lucia Cup before. During Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2023, Alnö had 6 teams playing in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2011/2010) , Pojkar 14-15 (födda 2009/2008) , Pojkar 16-18 (födda 2007/2006/2005), Flickor 12-13 (födda 2011/2010), Flickor 14-15 (födda 2009/2008) and Flickor 16-18 (födda 2007/2006/2005) respectively. Two teams played until Final in Slutspel; Flickor 12-13 (födda 2011/2010) won over Sidsjö/Böle IF by 1-0 but Pojkar 16-18 (födda 2007/2006/2005) lost against Selånger SK by 3-4.

Alnö comes from ALNÖ which lies approximately 9 km from Sörberge, where Mid Nordic Lucia Cup takes place. The area around ALNÖ does also provide 24 additional clubs participating during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2024 (Among others: SidsjöBöle, Selånger SK, IFK Timrå, Västermalm Skol-IF, Sidsjö-Böle IF, Selånger, Söråkers FF, BIK sportklubb, Sund IF and Moffe BK).
