In addition to IFK Timrå, 7 other teams played in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2008/ 2007/2006). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Timrå Dam Utveckling could be found in Group A together with SFF Utveckling, Sundsvalls DFF and Alnö IF.
IFK Timrå Dam Utveckling continued to Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sidsjö Böle IF with 2-3. In the Final, Selånger SK won over Sidsjö Böle IF and became the winner of Slutspel in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2008/ 2007/2006). IFK Timrå also participated in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2007/2006/2005) during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2023.
