In addition to Selånger SK, 7 other teams played in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2008/ 2007/2006). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Selånger SK could be found in Group B together with IFK Timrå Dam-U Blå, Västermalm Skol-IF Tikitaka Academy and Sidsjö Böle IF.

Selånger SK made it to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Sidsjö Böle IF, which they won with 1-0. Thereby Selånger SK won the entire Slutspel in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2008/ 2007/2006) during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2024.
