Kungsnäs FC was one of 25 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Flickor 14-15 (födda 2009/2008).

In addition to Kungsnäs FC, 10 other teams played in Flickor 14-15 (födda 2009/2008). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Kungsnäs FC could be found in Group B together with Selånger SK Dam Utv, Härnösands SK, Frösö IF Rosa and Sidsjö Böle F09.

Kungsnäs FC continued to Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sidsjö Böle IF with 6-7. In the Final, Sidsjö Böle IF won over Selånger SK Dam Utv and became the winner of Slutspel in Flickor 14-15 (födda 2009/2008).

Kungsnäs FC comes from Sundsvall which lies approximately 12 km from Sörberge, where Mid Nordic Lucia Cup takes place. The area around Sundsvall does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2023 (Among others: Alnö IF, IFK Timrå, Selånger SK, Sundsvalls FF, Sidsjö Böle IF, Söråkers FF, Heffnersklubbans BK, Selånger SK Vit, Sidsjö/böle and Sidsjö/Böle IF).
