IFK Timrå was one of 25 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2023. They participated with 8 teams in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2011/2010) , Pojkar 16-18 (födda 2007/2006/2005), Flickor 12-13 (födda 2011/2010), Flickor 14-15 (födda 2009/2008) and Flickor 16-18 (födda 2007/2006/2005) respectively. The team in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2007/2006/2005) made it to the the Final in Slutspeland won it over Kovlands if BS united fc by 3-1.
In addition to this, IFK Timrå have participated in Mid Nordic Lucia Cup before. During Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2022, IFK Timrå had 6 teams playing in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2010/2009) , Flickor 12-13 (födda 2010/2009), Flickor 14-15 (födda 2007/2008), Flickor 16-18 (födda 2006/2005/2004) and Pojkar 16-18 (födda 2006/2005/2004) respectively. The team in Flickor 16-18 (födda 2006/2005/2004) made it to the the Final in Slutspel, but lost it against Heffnersklubbans BK by 1-2. IFK Timrå originates from Sörberge, which is the same city as where Mid Nordic Lucia Cup takes place. The area around Sörberge does also provide 21 additional clubs participating during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2023 (Among others: BIK sportklubb, Alnö IF, Selånger SK, Härnösands SK, Sundsvalls FF, Sidsjö Böle IF, Söråkers FF, Heffnersklubbans BK, Kungsnäs FC and Selånger SK Vit).
