In addition to the two IFK TIMRÅ teams, 6 other teams played in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2011/2010) . They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK TIMRÅ P2010 could be found in Group B together with GIF Sundsvall P12 2011/2012, Sundsvalls FF and Sidsjö/böle Gul.
IFK TIMRÅ P2010 made it to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Selånger SK with 0-1. Thereby IFK TIMRÅ P2010 finished second in P12-13 (f2011,2010) Slutspel during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2023. IFK Timrå also participated in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2010/2009) during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2022.
