Sundsvalls FF was one of 25 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2023. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2011/2010) and Pojkar 14-15 (födda 2009/2008) respectively. The team in Pojkar 14-15 (födda 2009/2008) made it to the the Final in Slutspeland won it over BIK sportklubb by 3-1.

In addition to this, Sundsvalls FF have participated in Mid Nordic Lucia Cup before. During Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2022, Sundsvalls had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2010/2009) , Pojkar 14-15 (födda 2007/2008) and Flickor 14-15 (födda 2007/2008) respectively. The team in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2010/2009) made it to the the Final in Slutspel, but lost it against BIK sportklubb by 0-1.

Sundsvalls comes from Sundsvall which lies approximately 13 km from Sörberge, where Mid Nordic Lucia Cup takes place. The area around Sundsvall does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2023 (Among others: Alnö IF, IFK Timrå, Selånger SK, Sidsjö Böle IF, Söråkers FF, Heffnersklubbans BK, Kungsnäs FC, Selånger SK Vit, Sidsjö/böle and Sidsjö/Böle IF).
