Alnö IF was one of 24 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2017. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 13. The team in Pojkar 13 made it to the the Final in Slutspel, but lost it against Alnö IF 1 by 2-3.
In addition to this, Alnö IF have participated in Mid Nordic Lucia Cup before. During Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2016, Alnö had three teams playing in Pojkar 13/14 and Pojkar 11/12 respectively. Two teams played until Final in Slutspel; Pojkar 11/12 won over GIF Sundsvall 1 by 1-0 but Pojkar 13/14 P02 lost against GIF P02 1 by 0-2. Alnö comes from Alnö which lies approximately 7 km from Sörberge, where Mid Nordic Lucia Cup takes place.
