GIF Sundsvall continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Sundsvalls FF Blå with 0-1. In the Final, BIK sportklubb won over Sundsvalls FF Blå and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2010/2009) .

The area around Sundsvall does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2022 (Among others: Essvik AIF, Svartviks IF, Essviks Aif, Söråkers FF, Kungsnäs FC, Västermalm Skol IF, Matfors IF, Sidsjö Böle, IFK Timrå and Selånger SK).
