In addition to the two Selånger SK teams, 8 other teams played in Flickor 12-13 (födda 2010/2009). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Selånger SK 2 could be found in Group B together with Alnö IF Röd, Heffnersklubbans BK, IFK Timrå and Sidsjö Böle.

Selånger SK 2 continued to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Selånger SK 1 with 2-3. In the Final, Selånger SK 1 won over Kungsnäs FC and became the winner of Slutspel in Flickor 12-13 (födda 2010/2009).
