Sundsvalls FF was one of 17 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2022. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2010/2009) , Pojkar 14-15 (födda 2007/2008) and Flickor 14-15 (födda 2007/2008) respectively. The team in Pojkar 12-13 (födda 2010/2009) made it to the the Final in Slutspel, but lost it against BIK sportklubb by 0-1.

In addition to this, Sundsvalls FF have participated in Mid Nordic Lucia Cup before. During Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2021, Sundsvalls had three teams playing in Pojkar 13 (födda 2008), Flickor 13 (födda 2008) and Flickor 14 (födda 2007) respectively. Two teams played until Final in Slutspel; Pojkar 13 (födda 2008) won over GIF Sundsvall by 9-8 and Flickor 13 (födda 2008) won over Alnö IF Röd by 2-0.

Sundsvalls comes from Sundsvall which lies approximately 11 km from Sörberge, where Mid Nordic Lucia Cup takes place. The area around Sundsvall does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Mid Nordic Lucia Cup 2022 (Among others: Essvik AIF, GIF Sundsvall, Svartviks IF, Essviks Aif, Söråkers FF, Kungsnäs FC, Västermalm Skol IF, Matfors IF, Sidsjö Böle and IFK Timrå).
